Bus ride from MN to Washington, DC for Gaza 🇵🇸✌🏼
CAIR-MN, AMP-MN, and MAS MN are organizing a bus trip to the National March for Gaza in Washington D.C. We are calling on ALL supporters of justice to join us and hundreds of thousands more on Saturday, January 13th. People across the nation will gather to protest and march to the White House with one clear demand; end U.S funding of Israel's genocide!
Cost: The cost of a round trip ticket is $100 and a limited number of $50 tickets for anyone requiring urgent financial assistance. If you need full financial sponsorship, please reach out to us (contact info below).
Departure Details: We will be leaving on Friday, January 12th at 10:00 am sharp. Please arrive by 9:30am SHARP to check in, load your bags, and be ready. Come early, do NOT wait until 10:00 am to arrive
- Pick up Location: Brooklyn Park
- Estimated Arrival Time (DC): Saturday, January 13th around 8am.
Return Details: We will be leaving directly from the protest and heading back to MN. We expect this to be around 8pm on Saturday. We will then drive through the night (with breaks) and expect to arrive back in MN on Sunday by 8pm. It may be earlier or a little later as exact timing will depend on traffic and weather conditions.
Important Information
- Please sign the Liability Waiver for each person coming on the bus
- Anyone under 18 needs to be traveling with a guardian
- Attendees must be dropped off at the pick-up location. You won't be able to leave your car at the pick-up point, so please ensure you have someone to take you. (Feel free to reach out to us if you need help with transportation)
- We'll be making stops throughout the way for food and prayer.
- This is a long ride! We will not be stopping at a hotel, but you can sleep on the bus. So please bring with you whatever you need in terms of work/sleep/entertainment/snacks/etc.
- Weather in DC is expected to be around 40F. Please dress accordingly.
